Before moving into tolling, Renée spent seven years managing a restaurant. After that, she worked for a year in a call centre. Very different environments, but the same core skills: staying calm under pressure, solving problems quickly, and dealing with people when they’re stressed, confused, or in a hurry.
She joined Maut & Vignette in January 2023. Since then, she’s taken the lead across support for all our platforms.
Renée leads a team of more than ten people, covering over 20 languages. When something gets complicated, it lands on Renée’s desk.
